How the inspection works

We remind you, then you book
Your inspection happens 12 months after you join. We send a reminder at 11 months so you can pick a time that works.
Your tech checks the whole home
You get a findings report with a photo and a price for each item, so you can see exactly what we saw.
No pressure to fix anything
Anything urgent or unsafe gets pointed out on the spot. Everything else goes on the report for you to decide on, whenever you're ready.
Most of our work isn't emergencies. It's planned upgrades people want: lighting, shop wiring, additions and EV chargers. The plan keeps us on your side for those too.
